    I have had asthma all my life and dont know what its like not to ahve asthma but drs have often asked me how I cope. I dont know I jsut do. I ahve never kjnown anything different.

    i just joined bacause i need help and advice...i do everything right , taking my meds as prescribed, avoid my triggers as much as possible( i have 18) try to exercise but i usually have problems if i try to do it regularly and i still find it really difficult and frustrating to control my asthma. need my rescue inhaler way too much most of the time...i seem to have good days and bad days and sometimes really bad days- the bad days far outweigh the good days. any advice will be helpful.
